Pan Yuba's White Crane

Master Dong Muyao and his sister doing the basic He Quan moves of the grandmaster Pan Yuba (Lin Dachong), with whom Gokenki would also have trained. This style predates Ming He Quan and introduced the Babulien (Paiporen) form. Admittedly, it is the style described in the Okinawan Bubishi. According to the Dong family, no changes have been made since Pan Yuba passed on his Quan to Muyao's grandfather and father. (See my "The Occult Bubishi")
